We are well recognized in the broking fraternity in Singapore for providing a wide range of Property & Casualty products to meet the insurance needs of our corporate customers ranging from Property, Casualty, Marine Cargo, Directors & Officers liability, Energy & Utilities and Multinational packaged insurance programs.

 

Accident & Health

ACE is well recognized by multi-national corporations and producers for providing quality group insurance schemes and programs for multi-national corporations.

For the consumer insurance market, the focus of our A&H division is on partnerships with banks and other institutions to market our suite of products to customers through their preferred channel:

  • Through direct mail
  • Telemarketing
  • Face-to-face at the bank, card centre branches as well as other retail establishments
  • Online through our partners' websites and/or co-branded websites
  • Through e-marketing

Voluntary Employee Benefits:

Another exclusive channel is our Preferred ACE Transportable (PAT) Program. This Program is designed to meet both Employer and Employee needs, value-adding through Voluntary Medical Benefits, Corporate Health Screening, Healthcare Talks and other services. This program has been providing an affordable and comprehensive package to more than 1,600 companies, with more than 37,000 employees having benefited from it since it was introduced in 2003. Personal and Business Insurance

ACE provides quality business insurance schemes for small and medium enterprises and fleet vehicle owners, distributed through the IFA & Agency channels as well as brokers in Singapore.

We also offer comprehensive suite of protection – Home & Contents, Specialty Lines for individual consumers through both traditional and non traditional channels.

Our products are primarily distributed through producers representing ACE as well as working partners such as banks and selected retail outlets.

Products can be offered on a standalone or master policy basis and tailored according to distribution characteristics and customer segmentation.
