We can accept a copy of the Inpatient

medical report if the total amount of your claim
entitlement is below S$1,000. |

to seek reimbursement from each insurer? |

No, you can only seek reimbursement
for the incurred medical expenses from one of the

You need to complete the claim form
as this will help us verify the

the policy, we will pay the benefit sum to the
estate of the deceased. If a Will or

reasons, can I do so and will you penalise my claim? |
